The design concept and theme of this architecture is to craft a distinctive and dynamic building that acts as a multiple-family residential complex to serve the rising and increasing demands of quality accommodation.

A famous Instagrammable spot for those wanting a cold theme.

The external design gives an impression of materiality with an emphasis on aesthetics of raw materials, natural colours and texture while the internal design generally follows the rustic and organic exterior look and feel.

The walkways were filled with plants and greens.

What can be found here?

Other than the aesthetic interior and exterior design of the place, there are many retail tenants in the retail blocks. The Anchor Tenants such as BookXcess, Village Grocer, Mr DIY, and Anytime Fitness are located in the middle of the area to allow visitors to shop for their needs and wants.

These retail stores consists of two floors strategically planned next to the main drop off area.

Other than that, after a long day of taking pictures around, you also have a huge variety of food and beverages right opposite of the block. The wide ranged of food choices satisfies all Malaysians where our constant dilemma on what to eat will suffice. The wide range of food choices include Fast Foods, Cafes, Dessert stores, Asian Fusion, Western, Japanese, Fine Dining and many more.

The food and beverages retail stores are located all over the area.

Those with a sweet tooth could also head over to the treehouse area in the middle of both blocks. Retail stores such as Tealive, Yzen Yogurt and The Botanist Cafe are located there. A recommendation to those that love brownies, we definitely recommend you to visit the Botanist Cafe where they sell mouth-watering brownies and pastry.
